LLED Research Seminar Series: Feminist Theory and Research

Join us for this month’s LLED research seminar! Dr. Jennifer Jenson and Dr. Kisha McPherson will be presenting on doing research through a feminist lens. Dr. Jenson’s presentation will include an introduction to feminist theory, methods, and pedagogy, offering insights for both those who are experienced or those who are new to feminist theory. Additionally, Dr. McPherson will be sharing how she uses feminist theory and intersectionality in her work examining the educational experiences and representation of Black girls in secondary school contexts and media representations
