    Here2Talk connects students with mental health support when they need it. Through this program, all students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institution have access to free, confidential counselling and community referral services, conveniently available 24/7 via app, phone and web. Available for UBC students worldwide.
  • Student Assistant Program
    The UBC Student Assistance Program (SAP) by Aspiria is a free, 24/7 wellness resource for students. Services include personal counselling, life coaching, group programs and more based on your needs.
  • Sex Violence Prevention and Response Office
    We believe you and are here to support you. Get support from a Sexual Violence Response Specialist if you’ve experienced sexual assault or violence.
  • Sexual Assault Support Centre
    The Sexual Assault Support Centre (SASC) has been committed to the education, support, and empowerment of people of all genders who are survivors of sexualized violence as well as their friends and family. We provide free and confidential services to UBC students, staff, faculty, and those connected to the UBC-Vancouver campus community.
