Wentao Li is an M.A. in TESL student working under the supervision of Professor Ling Shi in the Department of Language and Literacy Education, The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. His research interests include second/foreign language writing, classroom feedback & web-based peer assessment, and writing motivation & self-regulation. His research has appeared in leading SSCI journals Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education, Frontiers in Psychology, System, CSSCI journal Technology Enhanced Foreign Language Education, and CPCI journal NAST. He has visited the Department of Linguistics at Southern Illinois University for a year.
